    Because of the fact that I can prove 100% that the account listed is indeed my personal account

    or you could read the rules and find your actual solution

    You just need to wait 24hours and use common sense and you should pass with flying colors

    And no your only option is to case review

    All investigations are thorough and not based on false accusations

    Multiple teams review every complaint so are you sure you want to be laughed at by the court?

    You don't even know what incident you are accused of.

    And no they won't tell your only what rule you broke

    If you read the email or suspension msg it will tell you why

    If communications suspension then keep your language clean

    And yes it is q rule

    Enforcement.xbox.com is your only option first then the terms of use link is your final option bring the popcorn

    I wouldn't worry about. If you know that you didn't do anything wrong, you have the truth on your side. The enforcement team looks into everything. And if you do unfairly get banned you can file an appeal at enforcement.xbox.com

    My son was suspended yesterday due to harassment and I read the message from the guy that reported him. The guy was a kid and was spamming and interacting with my son talking trash but reported him because he didn't want to play with him and I have the messages
    still.

    No. It doesn't mean that you can sue them. And account theft doesn't necessarily mean the account you were using was stolen. If you want further information you will need to post in the suspensions/banning forum.
