You might be able to apply for a case review on the
Enforcement website, but unfortunately there's nothing we on the forums can do about communication suspensions.

Go to
https://account.live.com/proofs/Manage
look under "Security info helps keep your account secure" and make sure they have a phone and email listed.

If any are missing please add them. If Any ARE listed delete and re-add them. And Save Changes.

Then Restart Console Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide. Select Settings. > Select Restart console. > Select
Yes to confirm.

Once the Console Has restarted you should be able to send messages.

What happens when you try to send a message? Do you get an error code or something else? Please share what happens when you get a chance

Hey, Vapid by any chance do you have a communications ban on your account? Have you tried calling Microsoft Support. Also, what about hard resetting your Xbox?
