    2Wire (Modems/Gateways): Fan really loud since day one. Got worse.
    So my Xbox one was loud since day one and now unfortunately it's making weird noises. I don't think this is a day 1 release Xbox one. What should I do?

    xbox 360 s buzzing noise

    I did and the one i got yesterday seems to be a tad better it still sounds like the fan is vibrating against something inside but i don't know if its normal since it's not exactly buzzing loud

    Xbox one S, Fan randomly goes on 100%

    Hi, from day one my xbox one s has been really loud. even when its "off" the fan can randomly start going at 100%

    the fan seem to be comming on at random times. some days its not on at all. and others it goes on and off rather often. dosen't seem to be related to what i do.

    Xbox one X Fan running at max power

    I have similar issues. I have the one X since launch and the fans have been very loud pretty much ever since I got it. Someone told me that it might be because I am Xbox Insider as well, but I am not sure if that is really the case. It is annoying.

    Well, the box has been unplugged for over about two hours or so this morning so everything is cool as a cucumber. Plugged it into the wall socket and she powered up like a jet engine. It is well ventilated as it just sits on the TV stand and the moment
    (haven't even had it long enough to put it in the entertainment center slots yet). I moved it around a bit, but the fan blows loud enough to mask the noise from the TV substantially.

    The power supply doesn't feel all that warm and neither does the brick. It was a power strip, so I can give that a go.

    Is the power supply warm? are you plugged into a wall outlet or a power strip? Could you try plugging into a wall outlet directly if you aren't already?
