    Hello i am a former call of duty black ops 3 player i have recently receiving this problem in my game where i can't sprint. Also i have tried many controllers and when i load into multiplayer it will not show me a loading screen rather than a black image
    on y screen. If you could reach out to me if you had the same problem that would great. Also i have tried many ways so if you get back to me and ask something i might have already tried it but thank you again if you could get out to me.
