    my mom and I have to separate live accounts. We are using our xbox 360 cloud saves on our xbox one. When only one of us signs in, we can play live no problem. But if we both sign in to our live accounts and then try to join a live game, it kicks us into
    an offline co-op lobby saying "both gamers must be signed in to Xbox LIVE to play online". As far as we know, we are both signed in. Can anyone help us?

    Is this occurrence only with this one game?

    One suggestion, try to restart the console.

    This process is done by:

    1. Pressing the Xbox button on the controller
    2. Scrolling right to System in the guide menu
    3. And then selecting Restart console
    4. Confirm the restart
    Try following this I need help with my Xbox One network connection article as well.

    Add the modem address as a computer and open the ports for it, put all Xboxes on Max Protection, and yes it does, I just did it last night. You are leaving the ports open at the modem level. It's stupid but it works.
    Just tried this today. Can confirm this worked for me and my 2wire device. Both xbox ones now have open nats displaying on their network settings screens. Will test games later.
