    Não consigo enviar ou receber qualquer tipo de mensagens o dia todo ( dias 13 e 14 do 04 ) não consigo entrar em grupos ou convidar alguém. por favor me ajudem.

    Problemas ao me conectar com o grupo

    Eu infelizmente não consigo mais me conectar a grupos com amigos no xbox one. Eu simplesmente entro nos grupos e fico me conectando por horas, mas nunca consigo me conectar para conversar com meus amigos... Já tentei limpar o cache, reiniciar o console,
    desligar, tirar da tomada e tudo mais, porém não consigo de jeito nenhum me conectar ;-; Alguém sabe como resolvo isso ?
