    Sorry that to hear that your 360 was not listed in the "Devices" information. That's the only location that I am aware of where serial numbers of devices associated with a Microsoft account can be found.
    It's possible that the device list only goes back so many years, as I just checked my own list and do not see the very first 360 console that I owned pre-2010.

    https://account.microsoft.com/    , select "Devices" in the blue ribbon, then scroll down the list to your Xbox 360 and click on "Device Info & Support." You should find your serial number there.

    Unfortunately no devices are listed there, just the option to add one.
