    Hi there,

    be sure to double check if you are using the same account on which you expect the receive the beta.

    After that lease try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    After that check the Ready to Install section on the correct profile, keep in mind that it may take a couple of minutes to show everything

    Let us know the results
