Discus and support 2nd Console Ban from the Xbox Network in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I've been console banned twice in a row from the Xbox Network.     2nd Console Ban from the Xbox Network


    I've been console banned twice in a row from the Xbox Network. No strikes have been placed on my account on both of them occasions. Live services unfortunately aren't as helpful as I thought as it gives the suggestion to submit an appeal for said whatever ban. However, there are 0/8 strikes from both of those console bans and unable to submit an appeal at all. Could there be an alternative way to contact Microsoft/Xbox to get the actual help I need?

    The enforcement site won't show any information regarding console bans since it's not account specific. There is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans and console bans cannot be reversed.

    It's possible the console is modded & banned from xbox live,always a risk when buying 2nd hand.

    how do i file an appeal on a suspension

    Once a console is banned then that ban will never be reversed,even if you bought the console 2nd hand.

    That's the reason you never buy a used console until you've seen it connect to Xbox live.
