    2K21 0x803f8007 is the error code - I bought the game and have played it for a month


    There were 2 charges on my mom's credit card - she has a dispute in since it charged me twice for the same game. It shouldn't stop playing for me. The charge happened the same day for $105 for the digital version on the day it was released.

    I just want to play again.

    What do I have to do?

    The error code 0x803f8007 may mean you no longer own the content or no longer have permission to access the content. For example, you can’t access a game because you received a refund for it, or your game pre-order was canceled.

    The console seems to try to read the digital license. I recommend
    re-installing     the game,
    power cycle     the console, and install the game using the disc to help re-align the license.

    Is the console recognizing the disc?
