2k16 not loading?

Hello all,

I have been having a on going issue with my copy of 2k16. I originally bought it a month after launch last year and it was working fine. It would occasionally take forever to load but after a few tries it would finally boot up. In the last few months it just
stopped working all together. So I figured maybe something was wrong with the disc. But the disc looked just fine physically. So I took the disc over to a buddy who also has a X1 and his own copy of the game. The game booted up just fine which lead me to think
something is wrong with my X1 itself. So I did all the troubleshooting steps such as uninstalling and reinstalling the game yada yada but still no luck. Recently I just purchased a new copy of the game(thanks to Amazon prime day ) just to see maybe that
would help but nope still no luck. Anyone else had trouble with this game or any others that worked but then stopped working all together on your systems? Really last step I would say is just waiting for 2k17 to come out in Oct but I have such a strong urge
for some basketball action is sickening.....Please any help or input would be greatly appreciated!

Does your Xbox One immediately quit the game or do you get an error message when you try to start the game? Have you possibly tried disconnecting your Xbox One from Xbox Live and starting up the game while offline?
