2k14 vc refund

My 2k14 is unplayable. My career mode is stuck. I finish a game and it will not save. I have replayed the game 15 times. This issue coupled with the constant server down time issues and numerous other bugs makes the game unplayable.

I purchased 40$ of virtual currency. I would like this refunded. 2k sports will not refund and says I have to wait for a patch to play the game.

I have contacted Xbox support and they will not refund. They say they do not have the power to refund my money. They say 2k needs to do it. I purchased with Xbox currency from my Xbox account. Microsoft can refund my money but won't. They have the power
to do it. It's a load of bull that they can't. It's sad that Microsoft doesn't stand behind purchases made through their system. Makes me want to buy 0 from my Xbox again.

Can You Use VC(You bought) More Than Once?

On NBA 2K14, can you use VC(You bought) on more than one myplayer?

 

Microsoft provided you the game the same as any brick and mortar store would. They are not compelled to issue refunds because the game does not live up to your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with it you would need to take it up with 2K which you've
already tried and been denied.

Um, any brick and mortar store would take back the game. I work in retail if something is defective they take it back. I bought the vc through Microsoft hence they should issue a refund.

 

In fact if something is defective you are legally required to return it. I'll have you Google defective then tell me if that applies to Nba 2K14 and not being able to play it. I think it does.
