    I own an Xbox 1 S Console but do not have my 28k points appearing on my account... (I contacted support & was advised to make a post here for a resolution from the Rewards Team)

    I do not have my 28k Reward Points for owning my Xbox 1 S Console, (I started off by contacting chat support) & they redirected me to this forum advising me that I'd get a resolution from *The Rewards Team*

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer
    support.     Keep in mind the offer is for buying a console, not just for owning it. So if you bought it before the offer began, it would not be eligible.
