    Hello when will you be restocking the 25 dollar visa prepaid card. I see that you restocked the reward credit and controllers but the 25 dollar visa prepaid card is still out of stock.

    I requested and rewards points were taken for 3 of the 25 dollar Visa cards and only got one email with a code. Let me know if I am SoL please.

    Use that Visa gift card to buy a MS points card. If you have a local Gamestop go in and ask for 25 dollars Xbox credit. Boom, problem solved.

    I did this and all the options I had was for a digital or physical Visa card and neither of those have a 25 character code that can be redeemed on Xbox

    That is correct. What you would have redeemed from the vault is a prepaid Visa card, not an Xbox gift card.
    Yes and the instructions provided by Xbox state you can redeem for a visa card or redeem a 25 digit code on the Xbox Store and at no time is there an option for a 25 digit code. The instructions need to be change

    How to redeem gift cards and codes    . This will walk you through redeeming codes on the console as well as other devices. When you are redeeming the code on different devices though, it is important to sign into the correct account being that if it is redeemed
