25,000 gamerscore disappeared!!!

After the new update my gamerscore was about 105k... but later that day it changed to about 84k. So im missing over 20,000 gamerscore! Alot of my games have reset back to 0/1000 gamerscore, but when I click to view game it says 1000/1000. Please help!!

There is no offer from the Rewards program to receive $5 when you reach 25,000 gamerscore.

Hi PsychoticGem01. Smwutches is correct. We do not have an offer that awarded $5 for reaching 25,000 gamerscore.

 

Same issue here,i'm missing over 90,000gs.

This happened to me 6 times during testing this update in the Insider program,each time it was reported but they still released the new update without fixing it.

Usually it corrected itself within a couple of days but mine has been 90k short since Saturday & still hasn't fixed itself.

Same as you,several xbox one games are not showing the unlocked achievements but if you look at the individual game the achievements are unlocked.

I have posted in the Insider support forums but 24 hours later & still no reply.

Yours may just correct itself but if I ever get a reply from the Insider team with a fix i'll post back.

 

This seems to be a glitch with a lot of people lately. What I've noticed is the gamerscore earned on Xbox 360 fluctuates on your One profile, especially if you played games on the 360 and the One where you earned the same Achievement on both console versions
of the same game. Try hard resetting your console. if that does not work, try removing your account from the console then add it back again.

It's nothing to do with xbox 360 games,it's affecting xbox one games.

There was a bug that caused this but the recent update is causing it at the moment.

Hard resetting the console doesn't fix it,nor does redownloading your profile.

It's an issue at Microsofts end & only they can fix it.

Like I said,it was reported by a lot of people in the Insider program but it was not fixed when they released the update to everyone.
