    If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

    You'd have to contact MS Support, but I wouldn't bother for a 24 hour ban, it may not be worth the effort.

    Sorry I don't have the game so not sure what the update file size is but if you try and load the game and get greeted with the update screen it will tell you the size then just go here
    www.numion.com/.../time.html and enter the size and look at the speed closest to yours (I went but 1.024Mbps)
