24 hour suspension on my sons account

I received an e-mail today saying that an enforcement has been placed on my sons account due to a violation. I tried to submit a case review but that option was not available. I also rang Microsoft and spoke to someone who could not shed any light either.
I chatted to someone online who although helpful in telling me that it was a 24 hour suspension, could not tell me what the reasons were to the ban being placed in the first place. And said that only the enforcement team have that information. Since their
is no way of contacting the enforcement team to ask for this information, it was suggested that I try this forum. Any ideas or insights welcome?

24 hour account suspension

As the owner of the account you are ultimately responsible for how the account is used, both good and bad. When XBLPET issues a suspension, it’s not necessarily because you committed a violation, but because the account was used to commit a violation. Even
if you weren’t home or holding the controller when the activity occurred, if a particular Gamertag was used to harass other players or cheated in a game XBLPET has to hold it accountable.

My son has been suspended for 24 hours for using bad language while playing fortnite.

My suspension is much longer.

You can't ask for a case review if the suspension is 24 hours.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you how long your suspension is.

First time communication suspensions are usually 24 hours.

well then it should take 24 hours for a response they have to deal with alot of other bans and suspension posts so put your sons gamertag in the title they will notice it
