    22/12/16 - A Rewards Story – Chapter 2: The Best of Xbox Present


    Hi as you can see in the title i done this mission back on 22/12/16 where i was supposed to get £18 credit on to my xbox account, but i haven't received it? Is there a time and date i'll be getting this? I haven't had issues in the past with getting the
    credit in to my account.

    Which is strange.

    Hopefully you guys had shed some light on to the situation

    We see that you were appropriately Rewarded. Your only purchase for the "Present" chapter was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Since completion of that chapter required $30 in eligible spending, that purchase was not enough to complete that chapter.

    Did you complete the 1st and 3rd chapters as well? In order to receive the credits, you had to complete all 3 parts.

    As Smwutches says, that offer had 3 parts: Past, Present, and Future. In order to complete the offer for 15,000 Credits, you had to complete each chapter. Since you only completed the "Present" chapter, you did not fully complete the offer, and therefore
    did not receive any completion Credits.

    not within the offer period and therefore did not qualify for this offer. For A Rewards Story, you must complete each portion of the offer in order to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits. Since you have not completed each chapter, you are not yet
    eligible for Rewards. There were no specific offers for Suicide Squad. It is a part of chapter two for A Rewards Story, but your purchase of Titanfall 2 will complete that chapter.

    Yes, Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration is eligible for A Rewards Story, but it would go toward Chapter One: Past, not Chapter Two: Present.

    Also, I can confirm that your purchases were not properly allocated toward the FREEdom Rewards offer. We will adjust those purchases, and you should see the changes shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    We do not see a post for this gamertag on this forum. Keep in mind that the only place to receive support for the Xbox Live Rewards program is the Xbox Live Rewards Questions forum with a "Support" post type.

    The December offer (A Rewards Story) required the completion of all three chapters in order to receive Credits. You completed "Past" (Halo 5) and "Present" (Maze Runner, Bad Moms, Warcraft, etc.) but since you did not complete the "Future" chapter, you did
    not complete the offer, and therefore did not receive offer completion Credits.
