Are you trying to record on multiple programs at the same time (Powerpoint & Game bar)?

Or are you saying it recorded the Powerpoint screen and not Zoom?

Please make sure when you press Win+G, the window you want to record is open when you press it. If you have Powerpoint open and then you press Win+G, it will record Powerpoint.

Also, make sure your PC and Gamebar are up to date.
