    21 days since "Quantum Break" was released...still no Alan Wake codes


    On 4/4 I purchased "Quantum Break" and pre-loaded the game to my console, I still have not received "Alan Wake" or "American Nightmare" promo items as promised. Last week I spoke with the chat support on three different occasions only to be told "wait
    less than 24 hours and you will have it" or "you need to delete your profile because it may be corrupt", honestly it's been a bit ridiculous. I just want to receive what I have paid for, hoping you can help
