    Broken Series 2 controller

    I purchased it from Amazon beginning of December 2019. It was a gift for christmas.

    Amazon said it is out of there 30 day window to replace it.

    I have to talk to Microsoft about a repair.

    With the Covid-19 outbreak it seems I am stuck.
