    2018 Ultimate Sale Not Applying Gold 10% Discount


    Is there a fix for Gold members who are not getting the additional 10% discount that's being offered? Every sale item with additional discount for Gold members, does not apply the remaining 10%. Below is an example.

    Gold account is active and current.

    Xbox.it does not recognize me as a gold membership

    Hi,

    I've tried to buy a game on the Ultimate Game Sale, but in the page he said to make a gold subscription (i have a gold subscription) and the discount was in the silver rate and not gold.

    What i can do?

    Have you tried signing out and signing back in or refreshing the page? Have seen that happen a few times and refreshing works for me. Also, what happens when you click Buy, does the extra discount apply before actually submitting a purchase?

    I've re-logged into Smartglass and no luck. The website, I've never logged into on this device.

    Discount missing from Deals with Gold store page on Xbox

    Hey Janet,

    I have a recurring annual Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. It's still active and hasn't expired.

    I'm just letting you know that the store is not applying the normal discounts, like it should for Deals with Gold, just in case others are affected.

    All titles are on sale at their full retail price (except for ones where there's a game pass discount or another promotional discount).

    All games in the black Friday sale are marked like that right now. Basically Xbox live gold subscribers got access to the sales 3 days before everyone not subscribed and I believe that time just tells you when this special promo wil end.

    Next week the same will be available to anybody for the entire week.

    Both now and next week, Xbox live gold subscribers get an additional 10% discount on the standard sales (if you have gold the price displayed is the final one, bonus discount included).
