$200 Reward for Information.

I'm considering buying Forza 7 but I have a problem with one of the Turn 10 moderators.

The problem started back on Forza 4 I made a vinyl group that the moderator considered offencive. He put me under review I had gone through this one before on forza 3 I was banned for putting up vinyl groups that the moderator deemed inappropriate.

An example of a vinyl group I made was a bumper sticker that said Warning Dead Hooker Storage that you could put on a trunk. It was meant to be funny and in no way was I trying to offend anyone.

So when I got put under review on Forza 4 for a Family Guy vinyl group I thought it would be a good idea to give what I made out too as many people as I could and try to get it spread out so if they banned me others could enjoy the vinyl group that took
me over an hour to make.

I offered it unknowingly to the moderator that had originally put me under review and he took offense that I was gifting it to others so he put me on his hit list.

I got suspended for a week after the ban I came back on and put up a vinyl group that simply said Artist Against Censorship for that vinyl group he banned me 20 years even though it did not violate any terms of service or code of conduct.

Turn 10 refused to tell me what code of conduct I had violated so I was angry and saw an opportunity when Horizon came out to get a little revenge. It allowed me to transfer all the vinyl groups from Forza 4.

So I gifted them out to many people who in turn gifted them to people.

Turn 10 finally caught on after they banned a guy 20 years for putting up a copy I made of the vinyl group the moderator used to help them check the storefront. The reason I made the vinyl in the first place was I saw Turn 10 moderators banning people for
having similar vinyl groups thinking the person unlocking it illegally.

I just wanted to demonstrate to them how easy it was to make a similar vinyl.

I had to revealed myself to Turn 10 as the person responsible so he was unbanned but I was banned for life on Horizon.

I did the same thing on Horizon 2 to combat people like me Turn 10 had to change their system and eliminated gifting from the game.

Because of this change I did not buy Forza 5 but I gave Forza 6 a chance.

I bought the limited edition Forza 6 Xbox. I again started making vinyl groups was quickly one of the top vinyl makers in the game.

But I like to poke the bear so I made a vinyl group that looks similar to the moderators his vinyl group said "Play Nice'.

So I put in a similar font "Play Mean" and another one said "Play Nice Barbie". He again took offense and banned me even though there is nothing in the rules that I know of that says you can't poke fun of a moderator.

So again I was suspended a week when I came back on I put up some anti-censorship vinyl groups and received a lifetime ban.

So I will give anyone a reward of $200 to the first person who can tell me what code of conduct I violated to be banned on Forza 6 Turn 10 has again refused to answer my question of what rule did I break to deserve a lifetime game ban.

Because it is a game ban Microsoft has refused to help with this issue and Turn 10 won't respond to any of my emails so I'm at a bypass on what to do.

If I buy Forza 7 there is no guarantee that the moderator won't again unjustly ban me.

I'm hoping the volume of emails Turn 10 will receive will force them to respond and fire the moderator for using his position of power to unjustly ban people when they have broken no written rule or at least point me to which rule I supposedly broke.

Hello is there anyway i can get my 200 points back from the reward? i accidentally entered a sweepstakes for a pc which took 200 points off

I did some digging and found out that the rule you broke was marked as "Other" and not under any main catagories. No need for payment. I would not be replying (or even reading) forum posts if I didn't enjoy doing it. And also in future please post on the
Turn10 forums, Xbox Live and the XBLPET has no control over what game developers ban you for. Sorry

As I said I broke no rules that is why Turn 10 refuses to be specific about what rule I supposably broke. Also I am permanently banned on the Turn 10 forums by the moderator who banned me in the game. He banned me after I questioned him on why I was banned.

So Not only was I banned on the game for no reason I was also banned on the website simply for asking for the reason I was banned on the game. They have also not responded to any of my emails. The only option I have at this point is to travel across the
country and visit the Turn 10 Studios headquarters and try to get answers face to face as they have no contact phone number and all the attempts at getting answers have failed.

 

By the way the moderator who banned me broken the code of conduct. In the code of conduct it says you cannot prevent another player from playing a game due to their race religion believes or sexual orientation. I believe censorship is wrong it inhibits free
thought and freedom of expression. So the moderator Banning me for expressing my believes in anti-censorship was a violation of the code of conduct and Xbox should take action and ban his account. But because he's a moderator and I am not I'm being punished
when I broke no rules while he is free to continue to ban people he dislikes.

 

As I said, Xbox LIVE and XBLPET have no control over third party game enforcements, they cannot ring Turn10 and say "Hey Turn10, unban UrGreatestEnemy" Nor can Turn10 do that to Xbox. If there is a way to file a complaint against players in Forza, you should
do that. Otherwise XBLET, especially in the Forums, have no control or power. If you have that big of a problem with it, you are always welcome to file a complaint with the BBB here.

 

Are you still banging on about this? We get it, censorship sucks, but it is unfortunately an unavoidable aspect of the politically correct world we live in. Get over it and move on already.
