    I'm trying to purchase the In-Dash offer on my console, for 20% OFF 12 Month Gold subscription on renewal.

    When I click through to purchase, I get charged full price.

    For over a week, I've had a promotional offer on my dashboard saying it is an 'exclusive' LIVE GOLD renewal. It suggests that I can get 20% off gold and pay £31.99. However, clicking on the deal takes me to the regular renewal price of £39.99 AND THEN it
    won't even let me pay the full price anyway. Any clues?

    Yes, I could still see the offer, right up until my Gold expired. Then I had to use another account to purchase 1 month of Gold for $1 and share it. Then the offer inexplicably came through on my acccount.

    I beleive I should now have 13 months of subscription??

    I have the exact same thing. Mine is up for renewal and when I go to purchase it tries to charge me the full £39.99 so I return to the main screen. Xbox say it's offering 20% off but when it comes to it wants to charge me full price?

    wait for your gold to run out,within hours/days an offer will appear onscreen usually better than any shop offer.if not ring ms direct on the help line they have offers on there too.i was quoted £23 for 12 months when the dashboard price was £39.99.check
    that your auto renew is off too otherwise you will be charged the full price automatically when yours runs out.
