    2 YEARS still waiting for my info to be correct..


    Hello. I have, like many, been waiting for this "issue" to be resolved. In two years i have had one manual deposit, and im now back up to 40k + points with no way of receiving them.

    I occasionally post here, in the hope that it can be fixed only to be told a "team" is working on the issue. Its been 2 years almost now, i think this "team" needs sacking.

    Please can my points be deposited. Please.

    I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved. My tenure is still incorrect, I was 3 years and it glitched me to 2 years. I have had an active gold for 3+ years without expiring....

    Called support and they told me to wait for a phone call that is suppose to come today, still waiting. Already gave them my account info and it's 100% correct.
