2 Years and still no one has fixed my Rewards account

    Will someone please fix my Xbox Rewards account? I keep posting here and still no one has done anything except to say its a known problem. I have updated my entire account even though all the information is correct.

  2. 2 Years Later, Reward Points Still Don't Deposit

    It's been 2 years now and my account is still borked. I have spent thousands with XBOX and reward points are still not being deposited into my account. It took over a year for me to get someone to deposit points into my account when I was over 100k points.
    Still no way this will ever get fixed? GT:

  3. Missing Reward Points.

    I last received reward points over 2 years ago, yet my reward account has been and is still active, that's 2 years of auto renewal (250 points per month) plus points for game purchases I haven't received. Please help.

    As you already know, there is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus
    aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. Since we do not have access to change database information, we must rely on this other team to correct this issue. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when
    this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this
    issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Tenure players discount?

    they might reward in the future but as of right now they do not have any rewards for a tenure my 2nd account i don't play on has a 9 year tenure on it and my main account has a 2 year on it and neither accounts have gotten any kind of reward

    The OP is ubber bitter over not getting a console, ridiculous.

    I will say though, from starting my account on day one (it says 9 years, but that's because my CC somehow got jacked up and it took them 2 months to get it fixed....., so that cut off 2 months of my actual 10 year account) and a VIP rewards member and I
    didn't get the helmet. I seen people getting the helmet that have 6 and 7 years on the service and not reward members. I just don't get how I didn't even get the helmet. :(

    Free Sunset Overdrive and no day-one E-mail

    A lot of people that met those criteria didn't get an email, me included.

    11+ years on Xbox, Day One achievement on this account, opted in to everything, receive other marketing emails, not in my spam folder, etc. etc. No gift box, no pictures, no download, no email and no Limbo message either.

    Yet I got an email for a secondary account that only has Gold due to the fact it shares it on Xbox One, has probably played 2% of the hours the primary account has and not for 4 or 5 months and has NONE of the marketing boxes checked in the account preferences.
    Got a download gift box with all the Year One stuff though and that account barely plays on Live.

    Then I am reminded that this is the same company that for over a year sent my Xbox Live Rewards email to an account that was NEVER associated with the game tag that earned the rewards and wouldn't allow me to change it due to a "known system issue", their
    words. It was an email account I control but was only ever associated with a game tag I let Gold lapse on before Xbox Rewards ever started, and no, the email didn't go to that account.
