2 Xbox’s — Only One Has the New UI

I'm actually okay with the UI on the Xbox One, it's not that slow and quite easy to navigate, it only took me about 10-15 minutes to get used to the Xbox One's UI, but I agree the PS4 has an amazing UI though.

This is only one feature good feature that has been removed from the new UI. Microsoft seem to have thrown away many years of working hard to provide a rich and informative UI on the 360 for this new one. It seems like they didn't actually test what they
were releasing! I have missed hours of gaming with friends and family due to the lack of notifications!

Because no one or hardly anyone, was using gestures to navigate the dashboard.

I have the Xbox 1 Day 1 Edition console with Kinect. And I can honestly say, I only used gesturing for a few seconds once or twice.... and that was it! Using the controller, or Voice Commands, has become the norm.

Well at least they didn't take away Voice Commands. But to be honest, the new UI which is Windows 10 like, is at least 2x faster than that previous Windows 8 hunk a UI. Microsoft has listened to feedback. And it has resulted in a FASTER and USER FRIENDLIER
UI.

I remember what Xbox 1's UI was like at launch. It took 30 seconds just to open up Messages. Now it only takes approximately 1 second.

No, what im asking is that why do i have the old ui instead of the new ui after i fully resetted my computer and why the new ui only appears on the xbox, xbox console companion and minecraft (from the in-game sign in button)

I have 2x Seagate 1TB Slim external HDDs (one for Xbox 1, the other to back up my videos and pictures on my PC). And my Xbox 1 recognizes BOTH. What sort of external HDD's are you using? People should stop bashing the new Windows 10 UI on Xbox 1. It's way
faster to navigate the Windows 10-like UI on Xbox 1 than that Windows 8 UI hunk which is considerably slower at loading stuff than the new UI which Xbox 1 has.
