    New user of Comcast for our wifi service and my two sons are having timeout issues on their XBox Ones... This occurs if just one is playing online and they have even more "issues" when they try to play at the same time. We are running a Netgear AC1750 and
    appear to have excellent reception throughout the house. The testing on the XBox consoles show they have great upload/download speeds. No wireless headsets (his plugs into his controller).

    I have looked through a lot of forums today trying to find resolution and have had no luck. Can someone help us out? Thanks!

    Try to set static IP to each console in network settings or by MAC addresses on your router. Port forwarding may help too. Hope you didn't use same account on both consoles. Have a nice play!

    People confuse "fast"internet with "strong" internet. You may have to contact your provider and have them increase the number of devices that can run at the same time unaffected. We used to only have 5 and it was awful. I payed 8$ more a month to run 25
    devices and that changed our life.

    The best info I can give you is from Portforward.com, it will walk you through assigning IP's to your individual Xbox's so they do necessarily run on the same IP. You can find the guide

    Connection tests fine, no xbox live service

    I have the same issue and I'm also on Comcast. My Xbox One and the Xbox App (PC & Phone) won't connect to Xbox Live. When I disable the WiFi on my phone, the Xbox App connects to Xbox Live without issue. It must be an issue with Comcast.

    HERE IS THE SOLUTION TO NETWORK TIMEOUTS!!! If you are getting excessive network timeouts, your router is not compatible with Madden (for reasons unknown or not admitted by EA). If you have a router/modem all in one from Comcast, YOU MUST REPLACE IT WITH
    A MODEM ONLY. This is what's causing the issues. I have had ALOT of network timeouts in Madden 13, and have tried everything. THIS WORKS!!
