2 xbox one x brought for xmas last month. Now Microsoft do bundles for the same price

Last month i purshased 2 xbox one x for xmas. there was no deals for these, then less than a month later Microsoft start doing bundles for the same price. This is unfair on the people that supported microsoft and brought on release date. Have contacted xbox
support and been told to put a post up on here and someone will be able to contact me about this problem, Im not holding my breath that i will get contacted as microsoft are very poor at helping the little man out. please prove me wrong Microsoft

Found out New Zealand retailers will be releasing a WHITE XBOX ONE X 1TB CONSOLE, yes, WHITE, very soon. Think it's either this month or next month.

Imagine.... a WHITE
Xbox One X console. Mighty ape has a price of NZ$698 for it. Right now Microsoft has set an RRP price of NZ$749 for an Xbox One X console in NZ.

This if I can have your attention, will please on particular Australian women who I think plays Xbox and who was on the xbox forums last year.

Most manufacturers (except Apple) are obsessed with making everything like BLACK. Time to change that XD.

Where to fix my controller

Hi, I just brought my xbox one s bundle for 2 months, and the RB button of the controller is already not sensitive. I have to press very hard when i am gaming. I brought this on microsoft website and do not have any microsoft store near my place, so I
am woundering how and where to fix my controller, and how long it is going to take to fix a controller usually. Thanks!

Oh lol, I've thought of a bundle with two Xbox One X's for the price of one Xbox One X.

To be honest with you: Early adopters and people who do pre-orders are always at a disadvantage. This is the price of being the first to hold new technology in your hands. But people just don't learn. I feel like people want to be
fooled. Don't blame Microsoft for your craving to buy.

 

microsoft are doing loads wrong at the moment and crapping on the ones that have been loyal to them over the years. there is this offer that appears 30 days after the release and the fact they dont support the kinect after saying
in all the adds and promotions that all accessories will work with new consoles

 

They won't prove you wrong.....I just had the same thing happen bought a bundle a few days later it goes on sale they say "too bad...so sad, thanks for the $100" I have just requested a return.

 

can I ask where you bought the 2 Xbox One X systems from? As long as the systems aren't open you could probably do a return/rebuy as most stores have an extended return policy for holiday shopping. GameStop is actually offering a promotion for the next
couple of days where if you buy the system you get a copy of PUBG and a $50 giftcard.

Microsoft doesn't care. They screwed over day one XBox One owners when they did pack ins, and price cuts back in 2013/early 14 and their doing it again with the X. I got burnt both times. The next time I'm holding out until they offer a promo. Day One loyalty
means nothing to Microsoft.

 

Sad, but very true. Even half-baked attempts at rewarding loyalty like the Lego Batman 4K random handout fail miserably.

Yeah, I got the finger on the free movie too. As much as I love the XBox brand, they really need to learn to take care of their customers when it comes to something like this. I recall years back when I was an early adopter of a 3DS Nintendo cut prices of
the system close to launch. They took care of early buyers giving out 10 free NES, and 10 free GBA games to all that bought the system before the price cut. That was real customer service and made me want to buy even more. About the only way Microsoft will
respond to this is if it makes a big enough story with the mainstream gaming media. Since few even know about this promo to begin with that is highly unlikely to ever happen.
