    Hi

    I have 2 user names in the same account. I use in Xbox one S platform the user name "BreakingLlama40" which is OK.

    But once I try to login with my account "[Mod Removed- Personal Information]"
    to play games in a different platforms it failed.

    so I try to login to xbox website, with success but the user name is complitly different - "TalkyDesert029".

    how can I solve this,

    Beginner/Nub questions about Xbox Live...

    1. What happens to a Gamertag that allows its Xbox Live subscription to run out, more specifically with regards to the name's availability to other users? (Like, is there a "grace period" where no one can use the name, to give the person time to get back on Xbox Live with that account?)
    2. Is there some kind of rebate for a second Xbox Live account belonging to the same person / credit card?
    3. If going that route (2 Xbox Live accounts on the same console), will there be anything associating the two in the eyes of the public?

    Why cant user 1 have his home console at user 2s house and then login on his profile at 1s house and then user 2 has his home console at your house and he logs in on his account at his house and you should be able to share the licenses between you both and play at the same time. I dont get why that wouldnt work... the whole 3rd account thing baffles me...

    This is completely impossible to be done there has to be some variation to the email address you are using to sign in.

    keep in mind @outlook.com and @hotmail.com are two different email addresses your email was removed by the system for privacy purposes so I could not see it so do not know If this is the situation in your case

    Make sure of the data you are using for your account as an xbox live account can have only one email attached to itself.
