2 subscriptions at once and missed months

Greetings. I somehow had in my account simultaneously 2 subscriptions to Xbox Live Gold (3 months and 12 months). This is likely error?

Anyway.

3 auto payments has passed (28 may - 3 mnt; 23 june - 12 mnt and 12 october - 3 mnt). Sum is 18 monts, from may 2017.

Now Xbox telling me, that i have Xbox Live Gold status till 02.05.2018 (2 may 2018? Or it is 5 feb 2018?)

It is strange date anyway. By my calculations it is must be 28.11.2018 (28 nov 2018). Only paid in june 12 months subscription vas supposed to give me time to the next june.

Please check all this miracles. And return me my months or money.

PS I cancelled auto paymens for both subscriptions, of course.

2 Months for £2

Hey I want to use the 2 Months for £2 promotion but when I went to set it up it said that using the promotion would set up a auto renew subscriptions and once the 2 months are up it would go back to charging me £5.99 a month. Could I cancel the auto renew
subscription at some point during the 2 moths and still get the 2 months for £2?

On a side note whenever i try to cancel a auto renew online it says something along the lines off "Xbox live has encountered a unexpected error"
