    2-Step Verification

I can't sign into my account because my brother setup 2FA on the account, and I've tried resetting the password but it says I also need his email to reset the account, and this has led me to the conclusion that I need a Microsoft employee to reset my password because I've tried all that I can. so if you can get back to me please PM me @*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    :)

    Lif3Chang3s Hey there :)

Here is how you get a new app password.

1.Sign in to your Microsoft account. (www.outlook.com)

2.Under Password and security info, tap or click Edit security info.

If you're prompted for a security proof, enter it and tap or click Submit.

3.Under App passwords, tap or click Create a new app password.

A new app password is generated and appears on your screen.

4.When you’re prompted for your Microsoft account password on your Xbox console, enter the app password that you created online.

After you sign in with your app password, you're all set to use that app or device. You will use this new app password to sign in to your device instead of your Microsoft account password.

That should let you access your account to download it from Xbox LIVE.

    I hope this helps.

    Many thanks,

    Cloud

Hope you're doing great today despite this Awooosh

You can try following this article to see if you can gain access to your account:
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com...

If you're not able to recover the account, sadly nothing can be done.

Please note that Microsoft support is not capable to send password reset links or bypass the two steps verificationc

ummm you may consider reading the account settings on your windows live id

there is MULTIPLE verifications and reset options and trust pc and trust cellphone options for securing your windows live id

most people will skip that setting as they tend to forget their account info after 1 year and forget what randomn info they put in their account fields
