    Hi, so my issue is that I have 2 separated microsoft accounts under 1 email. The email I use has a period in it *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and the one I used for my xbox is the same with no period *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** (both not actual email address name). I have been unable to login as I don't receive emails for my xbox email and recently my account has had suspicious activity so I can't prove it's me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Ricardo, I have tried the recovery form several times without success. Unfortunately for me I cannot remember all the info attached to that account as I made it over 10 years ago. I know the password for it but anything else is blank from there. I had the account attached to my authentication app but I switched phones and no longer have the old phone. I last used the account at the beginning of the year but lost access to it after the suspicious activity. If I could some how merge both accounts onto one that would fix my issue.     If the email is different even though it is only for one point the account is different, not the same one, if you are the owner of both accounts you need to recover access through the recovery form as it's the only way

    Sorry for the inconvenience, but the purpose of the 2-step verification is precisely to prevent unwanted access from other people, it is not possible to unite two accounts into one unfortunately,

    When you fill out the account recovery form, it asks you for basic information that you should know since the information must be real when you create the account, so it is not possible that you forget that information as it's real information, and other data that you can see easy like payment information and devices linked to it
