    Hello,

    I come from a problem described in this link.

    I have no message for an update. But I still have the game 2 times. I did a restore by default but nothing.

    The game is still 2 times. The problem arises with Call of Duty Fifa Ghost + 14 (from the update (call of duty gold edition + Fifa 14 World Cup)

    I just found out that the game does count only once when the console is offline. But that it back online. 2 files back.

    I recreate a subject because my main topic was closed by DeluxeRG.

    And the solution given is not correct.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Games with 2 Games on same Console

    Log in with the account that owns the game and set that xbox one as your My home xbox and then both accounts can launch the game and play it. This method also shares xbox live gold membership as well.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > Personalization, and then select
      My home Xbox.
    3. Do either of the following:
      • Select Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox.
      • Select Remove this as my home Xbox to remove the designation.

    Hi there,

    If you're trying to play the games co-op, not all games have local co-op ability, sometimes referred to as couch co-op. Forza, while it has online co-op, it does not have local co-op.

    There are sites out there that will discuss which games have co-op ability. If you want to play them split screen on the same console, look for games that say they support local co-op.
