    So this is going to have 2 parts, ultimately I am looking for an answer or guidance. The 2nd is a complaint for Microsoft.

    Rockstar released the new DLC for GTA 5 and since then I have not been able to connect to the Rockstar servers. According to them everything is fine. I an getting a variety of errors but the most common is that the server is unavailable. I checked their
    site and was unable to find any assistance. *Is there something specific I was supposed to do after the dlc release? I'm trying to understand why I cannot connect.

    Part 2: So while I was trying to figure out this issue I figured if anyone knew it had to be Xbox support. I call the number, and for my convenience, I am redirected to the web site, where the automated chat was very confused as to my question. After some
    time it suggested I get a callback. So I put my info in and wait about 30 minutes, then I get a call from the automated phone system, which hung up on me as I answered. 10 minutes later it calls again and then apologizes for high call volumes. About 15 minutes
    later I hear someone pick up and then place me on hold. I wait another 30 minutes on this hold and then it hung up on me. So now I have to go back to the very convenient web site and request a callback. 30 minutes later I get a call and waited an additional
    5 minutes for the representative.

    This guy seemed very uninterested in my issue making me repeat myself. Then he put me on hold, 5 minutes later came back and asked me if he could call me back in 30 minutes. I had no problem with that, I was just happy to have someone on the phone.

    8 hours later... Seriously if you're going to promise someone a 30 minute callback you had better call them back in 30 minutes.

    Thanks for the responses. They just pushed another update but that didn't solve the issue. I'll continue trying to contact them.

    This is an issue with rockstar, since you are having issues connecting to their game, my guess is that you are having connection issues because so many people are trying to get on to play the new DLC.

    Are you trying to play the new DLC or not?, if so have you installed it?

    I'm sorry to hear about your issues with the xbox support yet this is an in-game specific issue. You should contact Rockstar support for help on this.

    So you just want to redeem your prepaid Xbox Live subscription? All you need to do on your console is sign into the account you want to redeem it for, press the guide button, and scroll to the "Games and Apps" blade. Once
    you do that, select "Redeem Code" & enter your 25-character prepaid code.
