2 Minecraft install glitch, can't play

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

My minecraft came already installed it would glitch though

No issues with other games or programs.

• Before you perform any troubleshooting. Please consider doing back up for your game data (if there is any) or world by following the steps provided by Mojang.

• Note: Because this process involves transferring and modifying files on your system, Minecraft support is not able to assist with this issue. • Followed by the uninstalling all Minecraft Launcher on PC Settings (Press Windows icon + I on your keyboard) > Apps > Apps & Features.
  
• Next, install Minecraft Launcher from Microsoft Store. We understand that you have already perform this, but it would be best to set everything perfectly before installation happens.

Please try to check the steps below:

1. Uninstall existing Minecraft Launcher from (press Windows icon + I on keyboard) PC Settings > Apps > Apps & Features
   
2. Do you mind performing the troubleshooting steps from this support link?
   
   Troubleshoot issues with the Xbox app for Windows | Xbox Support
   
   (Please make sure to perform the steps on the troubleshooting on that link.)
   
3. Launch both Microsoft Store and Xbox app. Sign into the same account.
   
4. Go back to Microsoft Store and install Minecraft Launcher. Do not install Minecraft Launcher on Xbox app.
   
5. Please update us if you see an error message/code.
