2 Minecraft accounts, can't log on to either one

Discus and support 2 Minecraft accounts, can't log on to either one in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; So for context, my first MC account is or was tied to my mother's email, eventually I dropped that account when I got old enough to have my own email...     2 Minecraft accounts, can't log on to either one


    So for context, my first MC account is or was tied to my mother's email, eventually I dropped that account when I got old enough to have my own email

    That account I logged in to via a username: WeirdoWhisperer (Still an active account according to namesmc.com) and the first is supposed to be Ecm79

    I'm not going to buy yet another copy of Minecraft because of bad migration strategies on microsoft's behalf. So please can I get access to my Minecraft accounts in full or a full price refund for each one? Thank you.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion, but can you clarify what you mean "Is there a way to refund the older account 'Xxx79' and tie the newer account 'Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx' to my current email?" When you say "REFUND" do you mean the games you purchase on this account?

    Okay? Well as I said the credentials are never gonna be the same, I used to login with the username, Xxxxxxxxxxxx and my email which is my microsoft login is cross-tied to an older account along with my mother's email

    Is there a way to refund the older account 'Xxx79' and tie the newer account 'Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx' to my current email? Also no, I cannot properly log in anymore, I've ended up with a whole other account username called 'WeirdoWhisperer1' since WeirdoWhisperer was taken by me and idk what email, if any, it's tied to

    Microsoft Store, Xbox app, and Minecraft Launcher must have the same credentials to avoid getting into login issues. If you're having with the Microsoft Store and Xbox app, let us know. Please send us a screenshot of the error message. The main goal here is to have access to Minecraft Launcher and play the game. So first of all, let us verify your credentials and know where your license is and be connected to Minecraft services.

    Can't log into Xbox Live

    I'm logging in with my microsoft account, through the microsoft account log in.

    I've already migrated my account and it worked, because I played after it migrated. I've been having this issue after I changed to the new minecraft launcher they've released through the microsoft store, and I can't log in to Xbox Live through the Xbox app either.
