    2 Microsoft account on same email.


    So after trying to log into my account, second account was created on my email address, and email address on first account was changed/deleted and i can't log in.

    Is it possible to change email address in account that i can't log into or at least merge previous account to new one ?

    If it would help i think i still have xbox gift card that i used to purchase something in microsoft store.

    A new account has been created, meaning the email was no longer associated with your account when you tried to sign in. It's likely the account was compromised and your email was removed from it; in these cases I'm afraid it's not possible to recover an account. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this
