2 games unplayable on antstream arcade due to licensing issues

I’ve not had any replies from Xbox and I’ve now sent 4 emails regarding refunds for this product that doesn’t work .

Which I now believe is illegal .

Thanks appreciate you’re reply. But this is awful and very sneaky that’s the whole reason I bought the game because of certain games that were in it and now 4 months later you can’t play them.

They did this with Xbox live arcade as well .

Unfortunately games are delisted, and Microsoft cannot do anything as it's not their game

You need to contact the developer about your purchases and how to access them after delisting, if that is possible. Unfortunately refunds are not offered outside of the usual conditions of 2 hours/2 weeks since purchase for delistings

If your refund was rejected and you think it's an error because you haven't requested many refunds this year, reply to the email you received informing you of the refund rejection. In your response, explain in detail the reasons why you should reconsider your decision and why you think you should accept it. This is the only way to appeal the denial and get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

If you have not received an email informing you of your refund rejection after 24 hours, even after checking your spam/junk folder, I recommend you request a refund again using this alternative link:

If your refund is denied again this time, you should receive an email informing you of the rejection as this is the only way they communicate this information when a refund is requested through that link. When you receive the email, reply to it as I mentioned before.
