    Hi! So earlier when i tried to sign-in to XBOX.com i was met with a create an account message. Which created a random Gamertag (SoilingZebra) and now im unable to use my main account, cause apparently it replaced it. Appreciate any and all help.

    Update 1: Tried talking to someone on the support team and was told to connect with a specialist. So i tried that...

    I would suggest you login to your account and go thru all the details to see what is going on. Make sure you truly have two active accounts etc. When you created the second it may have created an email to support that account.

    Hi, yes. That is indeed what happened, im not sure how it let me use the same email that is already in use however. As far as contacting the support: Can you please describe it step by step what to do? Cause i've already tried that without any luck. Thanks.

    Will do. Not sure that is the case though, it use the same email i've always used. I really have no idea how any of this is possible lol. Wonder if it has anything to do with the earlier Live issues.

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you have accidentally created a different account by mistake? There really is no way that two gamertags can be associated to the same email. I recommend you
    Contact Xbox Customer Support and get some assistance in locating what the Microsoft Account Primary email address for the account you're trying to use. Once you know that you
    can sign back into your main account.
