2 gamertagas undersame email

Discus and support 2 gamertagas undersame email in XBoX on Mobile to solve the problem; so I go to sign in on my Xbox app and I do that put it puts the gamer tag I don't use I don't know how to switch it to the gamer tag I actually use....     so I go to sign in on my Xbox app and I do that put it puts the gamer tag I don't use I don't know how to switch it to the gamer tag I actually use. any suggestions?

    Is there anyway for Microsoft to reset a gamertag for me?

    Why don't you just rename yourself or do you mean you want someone else's name no gamertaga are not an on-demand service

    Free gamertag change never occured?

    because you don't qualify for a free name change

    It's only for new accounts after the policy change as they were all issued randomly created gamertaga not customs ones

    Hey there Josue,

    Sorry to hear you are running into these problems. If you are seeing a different Gamertag than what you see on the Xbox One console then this means you are not signing in the correct email address. Go ahead and login on the Xbox One, Go through Settings
    > Account > Sign in, security and passkey. You should see your email in the middle column first box.

    Once you have confirmed the email address go ahead and sign into the account using that email address. This should put you in the right account.

    If you have any trouble signing into the account go through the support article linked below and follow the "Frequently asked questions about signing in to the Xbox app" first option is for signing in with a different gamertag.

    I am using the correct email it just that I have two gamer tags under the same email and when I sign in on my phone it wont let me choose which one I want to use
