    Hello,

    I have 2 laptops one of which is a fresh install. The older one has XBOX Windows 10 and I can see game chat transcription options available in settings, however I do not see the same for my fresh laptop.

    Changed privacy settings, reinstalled it didn't help.

    I really need to get this fixed because I'm hearing impaired and game chat transcription helps a huge ton.

    Can't seem to get this solved :/

    Make sure Windows 10 & Xbox app is up to date on the laptop with the fresh install, and try changing the setting again.
    Both XBOX have the same versions on my laptops actually.. So I don't think it's a version issue. Even if it was, I reinstalled twice..

    Hello Ryan,

    So on one of the devices the chat transcription settings do not show at all? Have you thought about

    reinstalling Windows     as there is clearly something wrong with the OS.
