2 days suspension do I need to change my approved gamer pic

Hello FutureTaKeR, Enforcement is a department apart from this community and Xbox service.

As this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data or your account, we cannot specify the actual reason or verify precisely what the reason for your suspension or ban.

Sign in to https://enforcement.xbox.com with the Microsoft account that received the enforcement action.

1- Select the handshake icon.

2-Go to your account's enforcement history.

3-Locate your enforcement action.

4-Click on "Suspended features".

Your account is only restricted from the features listed under "Suspended features". Unless your enforcement history says otherwise, you should be able to continue playing games.

I have the same Problem.

I can only change it to he standart pics, but not even 1 of my uploaded Pictures can be used. Even waited 2 days for the "wait for approval" thing.

How do you change your Xbox One gamer pic back to your Xbox 360 gamer pic? I changed mine for my clan and now I want my old Xbox 360 gamer pic back on showing my Xbox One. How do I do that?

I have been trying to change my pfp for a few days and it won't do it. I know the pic isn't inappropriate because I've seen people woth similar pics of the same character. I've even seen people with far worse gamer pics. I want to know why it won't change

Sometimes It takes a bit for the moderators to check if it's appropriate and doesn't violate any terms of service and if it is appropriate then it should get approved within minutes and sometimes like an hour, otherwise contact support.

You can change your profile pic as long as it is a default option in the profile pic list. You just can't create a custom profile pic because they need to be approved before the change takes place. While there is an increase in demand on other issues,
they are disabling the custom gamer pic ability temporarily to handle those issues.
