2 day xbox live gold that came with controller did not work?? After i redeemed it didnt take ...

I would like to request a new xbox live gold code because the one i recieved was faulty got it from best buy and once i entered it, did not work came with my controller. Contacted Xbox Support.. Refrence number [Mod Removed]

Xbox live prepaid code

I bought a 14 day trial prepraid code xbox live gold card. I enteed the code and it came up saying it had been redeemed but I still don't have gold. If I go to my subscription's it doesn't show up. I also tried with a 2 day trial card which also said it
had been redeemed and also did not show up in my subscription's or allow me to access gold. Not sure what's going on.

Hey its not a problem at the moment but i was just wondering, i bought an xbox a couple days ago that came with 3 months live (gold membership), i redeemed the code and played for like 3 days online. Then after 3 days it said i didnt have xbox gold. so i
redeemed the code and had to resubmit my information. it worked but i was just wondering if anyone knew why this happened.

First trial codes don't change your status to gold

2nd it doesn't work with all games and modws

Your best bet would. Be to try non ranked matches or if you are trying destiny which requires actual gold won't woek

 

Actually it wasnt my first trial code, I have had gold on my xbox before using a 2 day trial from another game so.... and it said that it was activated but took no affect.
