2 Currencies issue!

They can't convert a out of region currency into xbox

You can use the currency ONLY ON ms store

Jamaica is NOT an xbox live region however it is an MS store region

Which does use usd for Windows store or ms store online purchases not XBOX store purchases since you aren't in an xbox live region

So which ever currency works in Jamaica can ONLY be in the ms store or Windows store

The Xbox currency usd card you purchase can be used on US xbox

But not the Jamaican ms store

THIS is why you don't buy out of region content nor is trying to bypass the region locks supported

So you DONT DO unsupported stuff

A lot of countries usd Cuba Vietnam most of the Caribbean or middle east

MS rewards.goes by your account region and physical region

So you could NOT CHANGE or redeem us ms rewards currency

You can ONLY REDEEM Jamaican

ms rewards

That's why you can only redeem them in jamaica

You cannot make a Jamaican xbox account that's what he fixed

By making a in region xbox account

But the issur you arent realizing is the Jamaican currency was never changed

But you can only buy Xbox content from within a xbox live region



Your ms rewards account is still in Jamaica and moving it without actually living in the US will incur a ban as thrnmany threads of rewards band

You can still spend thr 50 bucks Jamaican on ms store just not xbox store

You cannot buy us currency with Jamaican billing method which is why the 30 bucks went to Jamaica

MS rewards works only for the region you live in

No-one can fix your billing method buying Jamaican currency as mentioned it can't be used out of region

You would never have been able to create an xbox account with a Jamaican region you would've had to pick another

You cant even use the region migration tool that way that will with 3 months with you not being able to use yoir account

You can still use the currency for Jamaican windows or ms store content not xbox content
