2 controllers popping up when only 1 is connected

Is your profile the only one that is signed in? Sometimes there can be 2 profiles logged in at the same time which can cause troubles like these.

If not, let's Power cycle your console

Power Cycle:
1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
2.Unplug your console
3. Wait for 5 minutes then plug and turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

This happened to one of my controllers after the February controller update. Only home button works if connected via wireless, when I hold the home button the only option that pops up is to turn off console, as if the controller is not even connected. When
I connect via USB everything works fine.

How is it connected to the computer? Does the second controller work but just not show up?

I connect controllers to xbox in wireless

Controllers works both but like one ( for understand: if i play with 2 player i have that 2 controllers move the same character and windows only see 1 controller) all controller work correctly but like one

Yeah, i have 2 wireless controls and connect fine if i put 2 wired and 2 wireless connect togheter, the wired connect to player 1 and wireless connect to player 2 and the other to player 3. The problems is only in the wired conttrols, they connect both
to player 1.

I have confirmed that my Xbox One is connected thru via HDMI (#3).

My Bose Sound Bar is connected thru HDMI (#1)

I also have an Amazon Fire stick connected via HDMI (#4). the remote control for that device works perfectly.

My Tv is using Aquos Link

When I use the volume control on my Xbox remote, this message pops up.

"Set up device control to adjust Tv Audio"
