    2 controllers fighting eachother


    I have 2 controllers I'm trying to connect to 1 Xbox for a couch co-op game. Both controllers show they are updated when they aren't plugged in to the Xbox (but when i plug any one of them in at a time they show that they are updated. I update them, 100%, then they go bsck to the screen saying they require the update. After many resets of both xbox and xbox controllers, i still have the same issue) via USB to type C;however, I turn one on(this controller will be called controller A), it connects fine. Then I connect the other one(controller B), here's where the problem starts happening. I touch Controller A after controller B is on. Controller A starts to blink immediately, disconnecting and then turning off. During that, controller B fully connects. The X is not blinking until controller A is touched. Controller B starts to blink as does A. Both fighting for a connection. And then turning off. I play on an Xbox series S and both controllers are in fine condition, controller B is usually on a OG Xbox. No 360, no series. I've checked countless videos on YouTube, tiktok, I've tried everything in the book at the Microsoft help, I've turned on co-pilot, I've turned it off, I've tried to connect both using USB-C connected to the Xbox. I just want to do couch co op but the controllers fight? Why can't I use both? That's all I want to know. And I can't seem to look it up at all and would greatly appreciate some help. This won't be my first time reporting. I will communicate everything I can to get this fixed. Please help

    [/quote]Whaaa? Picturing myself playing this game with this restriction is whack. Two opposing sides and there's only one to shoot at? But explosives work? Say the AI team is far from the objective after being killed over and over, spawning far away and
    being pushed back. How can the 2 opposing sides fight for the objective in a way that doesn't involve throwing frags and C4 at eachother?

    Maybe I'm not completely understanding it, but if 2 opposing sides are essentially fighting eachother on the scoreboard, and the AI are a deterrent, it doesn't work, IMO.

    Look on the back of the game and see if it's says co-op. That means you can play together on the same team.

    Usually racing games give you the option to play against eachother...as well as fighting games. I think Gear of War has co-op and I'm not sure about Left 4 Dead 1 or 2.

    I would enjoy a full teamdeath match.. and we all just knife fight like in some "Braveheart" type battle with everyone just running at eachother..Now that would be a spectacle.
