2 console one linea

Hello everyone I'll explain my problem I play with my girlfriend and we have 2 consoles one xbox one s and xbox one x. We always play together of course 2 consoles and 2 TVs, the lines as I have fiber 200 mb of the wind, the consoles are connected in LAN
all 2 and as a line I can not complain ping always stopped between 9/12 max. The problem lies in the fact that we are unable to play in game chat together with our friends I will explain if we have a perfect group chat, as soon as we enter game chat my girlfriend
can hear and speak I don't and I can't understand what makes game chat not work on all games like battlefield rainbow etc. etc. I have already tried changing headphones and pads but nothing The router settings I activated upnp deactivated ALG nat unfortunately
I cannot open the doors because the same ports with 2 different IPs the router gives me error for the dmz I do not have it open, and if I call wind obviously they know nothing I hope for your advice Thank you very much The router model is modem home & life

You can have one of your Xbox set to port 3074 (default) for Xbox traffic flow, and choose the last available port, as the alternative port for Xbox traffic, for your second Xbox. Alternative port configuration should be located under your console's network
settings.

Ciao, penso che il tuo sia un problema di NAT moderato/limitato che si viene a creare a causa delle 2 console colleagate contemporaneamente, hai provato ad fare il test NAT sulle due console mentre riscontri tali problematiche? Che ti di errore riscontri
(doppio NAT o upnp non riuscito)?

Ho il medesimo router e con una sola console non ho problemi

Temo che sia impossibile o comunque relativo al tipo di modem utilizzato, qui infatti dicono che dipende se il modem supporta console multiple con NAT aperto o meno: https://support.xbox.com/it-IT/xbox-one/networking/nat-error-solution

Purtroppo il link per verificare se il nostro router supporta tale configurazione non funziona...

Quello che non capisco è perché con il modem hub della tim funzionava. Ci sono momenti che attacco e stacco le cuffie sento per 2 secondi e stop
