Bonjour,

Ayant 2 comptes Microsoft/Xbox, (Beshark et ) avec respectivement une adresse mail 1. et 2.

Mon compte principale est . Je ne souhaite garder uniquement .(la ou est stockés toute ma progression, achats ect..) ayant ducoup mon adresse mail 2. Mais j'ai donc un problème :

Est-il est possible de fusionner deux comptes ?

Sinon, je souhaiterais supprimer mon compte Beshark ayant l'adresse mail 1. pour enfin la remplacer dans mon compte principale est pouvoir me connecter avec mon adresse mail 1. et non 2. (ou inter-changé l'adresse mail 1. et 2. de mon compte principal ()
et de mon compte maintenant inactif (Beshark)), est-ce possible ?

I've got the exact same issue.

Problem is that my main account uses an old email adress (hotmail) which isn't in use anymore. As my main email adress is used by a Windows 10 generated Xbox account my question is wether it's possible to delete this account, so my main Xbox account can
use my main email adress.

Is this a possibility and if yes, how do I fix it?

You don't need to delete the account. Simply log in to
https://account.microsoft.com and change the email to the one you want to use. You'll want to make sure you do this with the main email you want to use first. This will free up that email for you then you can use that email for your main account. The
change will take place immediately for you.

Thanks for reaching out to our Community for clarity on how to deal with this information.

I can totally see how having 2 similar accounts could be confusing and could feel cluttery.

However, there is currently no means to merge any accounts together.

vous pouvez faire 2 choses :

1 :[recommandé] : contactez le support Microsoft et expliquez votre problème. Ils sont en mesure de vous guider travers les changements de compte.

2 : Allez sur account.microsoft.com et modifiez vous-même les paramètres du compte.

Le problème est que je ne sais pas vers quel compte été migré mon compte Minecraft car de base je l’avait migré sur un compte ou tout se passe bien et du jour au lendemain ça m’as dit que le compte Microsoft n’existait plus alors que mon compte mojang existe encore que dois je faire svp
