2 bigs problems

I have two bigs problems and support ask me to come here to resolve its

I live in Belgium but in France too for the half time (job)

my account is french but I cant have 2 things than I'm suppose to access

first : Rewards system , that says me than I cant join if because is not ready on my country , I suppose the system check me as Belgian , but my profile is french ...

second ; I cant have my code for amazon (110euros offer for a new xbox one on amazon.fr)

I really need help to have my code , and join the rewards system

I'm 8old years xbox live member and pass over 200 000 G scores

2 big Xbox One problems

First problem is when your in a part chat when your friend and you read a message or view a clip in communities for no reason Xbox will leave the part with no warning or error code you just leave

The second is when you are in the middle of a game and your batteries are dead(when Xbox actually tell you they are low) and your in a party for no reason you cannot hear or talk and you are forced to either leave and rejoin the part or switch to game chat
and back to party

this has been going on for so long and many people have the issues when can we have a fix

Only the Rewards support people will be able to let you know when or if the program will be available in Belgium.

As for the Amazon code, if this is a promotion through Amazon you'll need to contact them for further assistance with the code.

 

I dont want to have the rewards program in belgium I want to have it because My account is french and I live in France ^^ so I'm supposed to have it , but That doesnt work ...

 

Thats because it doesnt matter what yoi set your account to

Its your physical region it checks

This prevents people from making out of region accounts for rewards not meant for their region
